Job DescriptionSalary: $80,000.00-$100,000 annually DOEThe Arrow House, which offers a comprehensive clinically-based treatment option for adolescents and their families, is seeking a skilled and qualified Registered Nurse who is interested in making a difference and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. This is an excellent position for the nurse who has a strong medical background along with knowledge and skills important in behavioral health.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an RN who can deliver compassionate care and effective coordination through a deep understanding of patients, families, and the healthcare/clinical team. The ideal candidate consistently practices safe, therapeutic care in a patient and family-centered manner, integrating knowledge and skills to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Effective communication, respect for other clinical disciplines, and an integrated approach toward patient outcomes are key attributes we seek.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive and accurately transcribe orders from physicians.
- Maintain constant communication with the clinical team regarding client needs and any significant changes.
- Document all care using the electronic medical records system, KIPU.
- Monitor and assess clients' vital signs, mental status, and reactions to medications continuously.
- Administer medication, including counting and observation of administration.
- Conduct UA drug screenings.
- Provide transportation to clients for doctor appointments as necessary.
- Attend required staff meetings.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Registered Nursing License (RN) is required.
- Industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Ability to provide visual and auditory supervision of clients.
-Ability to maintain professional boundaries with all clients and staff
-Completion of Background Check, including criminal history and fingerprinting.
Current CPR & First Aid License.
-Valid driver's license, and MVR clearance.
