Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
• Provide skilled nursing care in specialized areas such as pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health, and dialysis
• Utilize aseptic technique when performing procedures such as catheterization
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed
• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks

Skills:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [State]
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in acute pain management and assessment
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics
• Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and support techniques
