    Description
    Job Summary:
    Under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional, this position involves providing a wide range of clinical psychosocial services for adult and/or child members in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities include evaluating psychosocial assets and deficits, offering short-term counseling, education, advocacy, care planning, and resource connections to foster independence. In addition, tasks include mental health and addiction assessment, crisis intervention, and collaborating with care teams to address psychosocial needs.
    • Consulting with supervisors and care team members to discuss member progress and treatment
    • Supporting members' families and providing explanations and interventions to increase treatment acceptance
    • Utilizing community resources for member treatment needs
    • Participating in program development and safety reporting
    • Developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans and treatment programs
    • Providing patient education and counseling on treatment compliance
    • Completing thorough documentation following regulations
    • Offering consultation on various mental health and addiction topics to care teams
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in relevant field from an accredited institution
    • Valid associate license in related field
    Additional Requirements:
    • Completion of a clinical practicum or internship
    • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and treatment procedures
    • Expected full licensure within a specific timeline post-hire
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Knowledge of social service agencies and regulations
    • Commitment to quality service and teamwork
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in crisis intervention and electronic health records
    • Prior involvement in multidisciplinary medical teams
