- Communicate and consult with supervisors and care team providers about members' progress and treatment.
- Support members' families by explaining treatment plans and interventions for better acceptance and adherence.
- Utilize community resources for member treatment and referrals when needed.
- Participate in program development and evaluation within the department.
- Ensure safety by reporting concerns to relevant agencies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for mental and addiction illnesses.
- Provide counseling to patients and families on following treatment plans.
- Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with care teams on mental health, addiction, and behavioral health matters.

- Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Mental Health Counselor Associate, or Licensed Social Worker Associate-Independent Clinical.
- Completed a practicum or internship in a clinical setting.
- Expected to obtain full licensure within 3-4 years of hire.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of DSM-V TR and psychosocial assessment.
- Commitment to quality service and teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in crisis intervention.
- Previous work in medical settings with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
