I’m a passionate and dedicated professional baker and pastry chef working in the industry for 30 years. Trained in Chicago , Illinois with an associates degree in culinary arts . Having had varied experiences in restaurants, hotels and catering operations I can easily adjust to the facilities needs in volume and concepts . Breads, cakes , custards and ice creams are my specialties . Managing staff , creating production lists , menu creation , and ordering are in my work experience. Certified in sanitaion , bilingual (English and Spanish) . Since I am well traveled, international world cuisine is familiar territory.
