- Lead the operational setup and strategic launch of the home health business line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Work closely with executive leadership to refine and implement launch strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and enhance service offerings.
- Drive business development efforts, engaging with potential clients to sell and onboard them to our home health services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the home health business, making data-driven decisions to guide growth and improvement.
- Ability to keep all aspects of business launch, including sales, recruiting and development on track as the quarterback.
- Roll-up sleeves mentality and get stuff done; bias for action.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or related field or work experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations and account management, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new business initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
