    An Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at Brand Avenue plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is an entry point into our company and provides an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via phone, email, or in person.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.
    • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
