As a pivotal member of our Intellectual Property legal team, You will play a key part in the fast-paced environment, handling time-sensitive materials while upholding the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential Job Duties:


  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee all facets of the firm's administrative practice, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient process management.
  • Technology and Efficiency: Utilize and optimize firm technology tools to enhance productivity across legal and administrative tasks.
  • Legal Support: Assist with new matter openings, conflict checks, trademark prosecution dockets, and preparation of legal documents. Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Handle correspondence, manage sensitive billing inquiries, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all interactions reflect the firm's commitment to client service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal staff to manage schedules, maintain files, and support internal team operations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive relations and seamless communication across the firm.

Minimum Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in trademark related role preferred.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and be able to perform all essential duties.

Our Commitment:


Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
