Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Renewable Energy)at Michael Page, you will be at the forefront of facilitating the growth and development of the renewable energy sector. The Successful Applicant The Senior Recruitment Consultant (Renewable Energy) will have:
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Talent Acquisition: Proactively sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates for various roles within the renewable energy field, such as Developers, Development Managers and Directors of Development.
2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our client companies, understanding their unique recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Candidate Engagement: Nurturing a network of professionals interested in renewable energy careers, guiding them through the job search process, and ensuring a positive experience.
4. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and new technologies within the renewable energy sector.
5. Sustainability Advocacy: Contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable practices by advocating for renewable energy solutions.
