As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting interviews, providing consulting services to clients, and managing the overall recruitment process.
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of Recruiting experience.
You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Experience in recruitment and consulting
Strong interviewing and communication skills
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
