The Role and What You'll Do:
The Senior Coordinator, eCommerce will be responsible for coordinating the digital creation of products, specifically relating to travel packages, tickets, and hospitality events while managing price updates, webpage changes, inventory, and other ticket-related items across multiple On Location properties, with a particular focus on our Combat Sports division.
As a member of the marketing team, the Senior Coordinator, eCommerce will focus on the development and overall management of the digital display and promotion of product offerings.
Additional responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, managing inventory, fundamental financial reporting, and content sourcing.This position will collaborate with multiple teams across the company including Ticketing, Product, Fulfillment, Business Development, Event Production, Sales, and Finance to ensure product display expectations are met.
An eye for detail and creative writing abilities are crucial to the daily tasks of this position.The Senior eCommerce Coordinator will also act in a support role for their team members to accomplish the overall needs and goals of the company.
This position will require extended hours on evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak periods.Product ManagementBuild ticket and hospitality packages and publish to websiteMaster backend systems to create and maintain products while meeting deadlinesManage products throughout event sales cycleProvide support to other teams as neededContent ManagementSource content for use on website that matches brand style guideEnsure web pages are populated with correct information and contentEdit and resize digital assetsCollaborate with Marketing team to support campaigns and meet stakeholder expectationsReportingRun inventory reports to support Product and Sales teamsYou Have These:
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent marketing experience Minimum of 2+ years in the sports, travel and/or hospitality industry Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce with the knowledge of sports, music, live entertainment, and/or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
Excellent technical skills as it relates to Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn multiple software platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team-based environmentStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to move projects along and meet deadlinesBasic understanding of entrepreneurial and business tactics that results in taking initiative to present new ideas, improve processes and identify gaps in the business.
