    JOB SUMMARY:
    This is an outside sales role to promote products and services, build client relationships, and drive sales and profit targets. Some non-traditional hours may be required to meet customer needs such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    This position covers the Westchester area.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop new business, retain existing accounts, and achieve profitable sales growth within the assigned territory
    • Identify and qualify prospects following company goals
    • Understand customer needs, recommend products, and evaluate market trends
    • Stay informed on market conditions, products, and competitors to provide value-added services
    • Provide product information and training to customers
    • Drive to customer locations, events, and meetings
    • Manage deliveries and resolve any order issues
    • Participate in company functions, promotions, and training sessions
    • Assist in training new employees
    • Analyze sales data and perform administrative tasks
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years of relevant experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bi-Lingual proficiency
    • Experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or as a Chef

    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Current automobile insurance meeting specific requirements

    Requirements:

    • Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)
    • Sign Sysco Protective Covenants Agreement
    • Reside or willing to relocate to the territory

    Professional Skills:

    • Basic PC skills and proficiency in MS Office
    • Proficient in English
