    Job Description:     As a Marketing Specialist at Initial Communications, you will play a key role in driving our clients' success through the implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with our talented team to develop and execute campaigns that effectively promote our clients' brands, products, and services.

    Salary range: $ $32.00 per hour
    Job: Full time

    Key Responsibilities
    • Campaign Development: Work closely with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audience.
    • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials.
    • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
    • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, presenting campaign results, and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing analysts, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
