Description

Responsibilities:

Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
Manage and grow team's social media accounts
Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing activities
Work with third parties to advertise sale listings
Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team members
Create marketing funnels for new leads

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva proficiency
Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Power Point
Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
Experience in real estate, financial services or B2B sales is a plus
