Summary:

Alerislife is searching for a talented Marketing Specialist.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.


This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Director of Brand Marketing to support the branding and general marketing activities for Five Star Senior Living and its communities.


Responsibilities:


  • Project management and scheduling of in house and agency marketing & creative projects in Monday.
  • Facilitate process for community photography updates including requesting appointments, scheduling followup, image selections process, captioning, community review, and image optimization, ensuring successful rollout online and in print collateral and sharing with our Asset Management Company.
  • Document marketing best practices through playbooks for communites in cooperation with Marekting team.
  • Marketing Strategy: Aid in execution of comprehensive marketing plans to create synergy with all brand channels and communities ensuring deliverables align with company's goals and objectives
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the brand/content team to brief design projects to create compelling content for digital, print and events that drive engagement and conversions to agency and internal partners
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including digital marketing, local marketing, marketing steering committee and sales to ensure marketing and content aligns with company goals
  • Brand stewardship: Ensure all content aligns with brand standards
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and best practices in senior living marketing
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral materials for communities and ensure proper organization on The Kitchen (online ordering platform)
  • Maintain organization of Brand Assets on Sharepoint Management.
  • Meet periodically with communites leaders to ensure website marketing stories up to date.
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, creating, and maintaining all seasonal marketing materials

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • 12 years professional experience in marketing preferably in senior living, hospitality or healthcare
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Suite a plus
  • Experience with social media tools a plus
  • Technologically savvy and resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and wi
