RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital, and other departments on member loyalty, retention, and recapture campaigns. Responsibilities include producing copy and facilitating individualized member recognition.
Maintain and update an inventory of Membership marketing materials.
Support the Membership Partner Coordinator in collecting preference and behavioral data on members and access program participants to inform Membership communications and strategies better.
Serve as the departmental point person for most vendor relationships requesting proposals, coordinating outsourced work, monitoring expenses, and paying invoices to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.
Conduct public relations duties as needed, including using a Membership CRM and/or ticketing system to efficiently answer member inquiries and represent the Museum during peak periods and at events.
Support the Museum by helping to enact the Museum's policies, procedures, and initiatives and serving as a positive Museum representative to the internal and external communities. Perform other workrelated duties as required by the Manager.

WORK SCHEDULE:
( Full-Time) Tuesday - Saturday - Hybrid

REPORTS TO:
Manager, Membership Marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
Experience: 3 or more years of marketing experience.
Proven written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
At least one year of experience using a CRM database
Proven track record working in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Office Suite

STARTING SALARY:

Exempt (Salaried) $50,000-$55,000 yearly
