We just have been named one of Fast Company's most innovative companies of 2024 and ranked no. 10 in business services for "gamifying home installation projects" with our online platform As such, were growing exponentially and looking for an HR Recruiter/Generalist to work in our Parsippany, New Jersey office.

    We are looking for a confident individual with experience in recruitment for sales, operational, and administrative positions. Additionally, you will assist the HR team with developing and implementing departmental systems and strategies. You will also participate in designing programs to build and maintain effective communication and a strong culture across the Gunner branch offices.

    What you will do:

    • Full cycle recruiting for open Gunner positions
    • Utilize Greenhouse (ATS)
    • Act as a subject matter expert in our recruitment process to ensure a great culture and positional fit
    • Collaborate with leadership and cross functional departments to understand hiring needs
    • Exceed hiring expectations and timelines
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and market positions
    • Work efficiently with both the HR team members and independently
    • Attend company and team meetings
    • Onboard employees to ensure theyre ready for work day 1 employment
    • Keep track of KPIs to present to leadership month over month
    • Act as the HR expert for the New Jersey Office

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Proven track record of success in both recruiting and generalist activities
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies and plans in a fast paced, changing environment.
    • Proficiency in marketing positions in unique ways, including knowledge and experience utilizing social media for recruiting and development of recruitment brand.
