    Description

    Gunner is the Uncontractor! A leading home improvement company that provides homeowners with a top-tier customer experience. Recently recognized as one of the most innovative companies of 2024 by Fast Company, we have secured the 10th spot in business services for our unique approach to 'gamifying home installation projects' through our online platform. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our team at the Parsippany, New Jersey office.

    We are searching for a self-assured individual with recruitment experience in sales, operations, and administration. In this role, you will collaborate with the HR team to establish and execute departmental strategies. Moreover, you will be involved in creating initiatives that enhance communication and foster a cohesive culture across all Gunner branch locations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full cycle recruitment for open positions at Gunner
    • Proficient use of Greenhouse (ATS)
    • Specialize in the recruitment process to ensure cultural and positional alignment
    • Collaborate with leadership and various departments to comprehend hiring requirements
    • Exceed hiring targets and deadlines
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and promotion of roles
    • Effective teamwork with HR colleagues and autonomy in tasks
    • Participate in company and team gatherings
    • Conduct employee onboarding to ensure readiness on day one
    • Monitor KPIs to report progress to management monthly
    • Serve as the HR expert for the New Jersey office

    Requirements:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree
    • Proven success in recruiting and general HR functions
    • Expertise in creative recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in innovative marketing and social media recruitment strategies
    • Adaptability to change
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills
    • Dedicated and driven work ethic
    • A passion for team growth and impact
