    Global Mobility Program Specialist | HR

    We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Program Manager to lead our immigration program, ensuring compliance and efficiency in managing the global movement of our employees. As an Immigration Specialist, you will oversee the administration of visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related processes, enabling our employees to work in over 30 countries. Your expertise will facilitate the seamless transfer of talent across borders, supporting our company's global growth.

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive global immigration program, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all countries where we operate.
    • Work with our preferred vendors for immigration and relocation and have a mentality of continuous improvement to make the experience the best for employees, candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Provide expert guidance on immigration matters, including visa options, eligibility, and requirements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with immigration authorities, law firms, and vendors.
    • Develop and maintain a global network of immigration contacts and resources.
    • Analyze and report on immigration trends, risks, and compliance issues.
    • Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline immigration processes.
    • Ensure data privacy and security in managing employee and dependent personal data.

    What you will likely bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, International Business, Law) or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in global immigration management, with a focus on immigration law and regulations.
    • Proven expertise in managing complex immigration cases and programs.
    • Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CIPP) or Immigration Law (e.g., IAML).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions.
    • Fluency in multiple languages (written or spoken).
