    What you'll be doing:


    Ignite and nurture robust relationships with our key clients, immersing yourself in their business to understand their dreams and challenges.

    Collaborate with our brilliant internal teams to orchestrate seamless delivery of our groundbreaking products/services and exceed client expectations.
    Craft and execute strategic account plans that not only meet but exceed revenue targets, setting the bar for success.
    Dive deep into account reviews, spotting opportunities for enhancement and proactively addressing any hurdles.
    Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor moves, spotting openings for innovative solutions.
    Be the go-to person for client inquiries, ensuring swift resolutions that leave a lasting impression.
    Master the art of negotiation, shaping contracts and agreements that leave both parties smiling.


    What we're looking for:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
    Demonstrated experience in Sales and Strategic Account Management or a role showcasing exceptional performance.
    Strong understanding of Life Science industry with unparalleled market insights.
    Knowledge of Industrial Automation, Control systems, MES, Analytics platforms in GxP validated environment is a strong plus.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, recognized by peers and clients alike.
    Proficiency in solving complex problems and strategic thinking, honed to precision.
    Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics, with the ability to provide guidance at a masterclass level.

    Available for daily travels in the San Francisco Bay Area with periodic overnight stay (20% of the time) for company events and trainings.

    We embrace a hybrid workplace where you make your own schedule.
    Hiring RangeThe hiring range for this position is $125,000-$155,000 annually.

    This is the base pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting.

    The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

    In addition, you will receive a company performance bonus structured to match the thrill of your success stories.

    Work Environment/Work Schedule:
    We embrace a hybrid workplace where you make your own schedule. Must also be available for occasional after-hours depending on business needs.


    Physical Demands:
    This job is performed in a typical office setting as well as visits to customer sites. Sites may be loud with exposure to varying degrees of temperature. While on site, PPE may be required including wearing safety shoes. While on site, extended periods of walking and standing may be required.


    Travel:
    20%. Local daily travel within Bay Area. Periodic overnights for company events and trainings.
