Business Analyst Level II

GARUD is in search of a motivated, self-driven Business Analyst Level II. Applicants must have a passion for their work, be innovative, and possess strong verbal and written communication and analytic skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.

Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (required).

NIH/NIAID experience (preferred)

Good written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking ability

Education:

Bachelors (preferred)
