Description

Our federal client is looking to hire three, Business Analysts onsite at their headquarters in Washington, DC. Please send your resume in WORD format should you be interested in exploring these roles. The positions are on a contract to hire basis and will pay an hourly rate of $43/HR to $75/HR 1099. We also offer the option of $89K to $130K W2, dependent on level of experience, with full benefits and PTO.

Work Environment: Onsite – Washington, DC

Pay Rate: (W2) $43/HR to $75/HR 1099 or $89K to $130K W2.

Term: Contract to Hire

3rd Party C2C/Transfer: No

Referral Fee: $500 - Refer qualified colleague, friends, or family.

***Due to the required clearance with our government client, only US Citizens, Green Card and Green Card EAD holders may be considered. Clearance requires that the candidates have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days***

List of tasks to be performed:

Work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
May be required to create time sensitive deliverables and respond directly to incidents in ServiceNow
May lead project teams within assigned unit to develop, plan and manage project tasks
Independently analyze and develop innovative resolutions for complex problems involving availability and/or performance at the component level. Work with vendors to resolve problems; implement solutions independently
Responsible for problem resolution for advanced technical issues in the environment
Able to communicate verbally and in writing and provide training
Conducts data analysis in support of product acceptance programs and initiatives; collects and analyzes data to identify trends and insights and summarize findings. Develops reports and makes recommendations based on results.
Analyzes package mail entry data to reconcile customer payments; monitors and ensure customer payments are received accurately and timely. Develops and presents recommendations to management to improve the monitoring and accuracy of revenue collection. Collaborates with stakeholders to reconcile customer accounts and payments and determine if refunds are warranted.
Provides technical advice and guidance to customers, field employees and managers both orally and in writing on commercial product acceptance policies, programs, and regulations.
