Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation.

SecuriGence is seeking a Business Analyst to join us in support of the FCC Enterprise Engineering and Architecture Services (EE&AS) Program to help contribute to our success.

Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years progressively responsible work experience as a business analyst.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating a comfort in dealing with a large span of people.
Strong communication skills- verbal, written, listening, and presentation.
