Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in support of the U.S. Forest Service (FS) Fire & Aviation Management, Information Management Support Branch (FAM-IM).

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Wildland Fire Information and Technology (WFIT) interagency program by assisting with operations & maintenance (O&M), development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) efforts for three critical fire information applications.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Collaborate with Agency stakeholders for application requirements gathering, product demonstration and feedback collection.
Develop and maintain requirements documentation (process diagrams, use cases, user stories, RTMs, etc.).
Create and maintain user guides for applications.

Manage team process improvements, identifying process improvement opportunities, creating and updating process documents and facilitating processes updates by team members.

Efficiently manages time on tasks as well as special projects.
Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to solve business problems.
Assumes responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.

Ability to work on multiple tasks within a project and coordinate with the project manager or stakeholders to determine the order of priorities.

Independent worker who can quickly learn new processes in fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
U.S Citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working in GitHub, ServiceNow, or Zenhub

Education and Experience
:

3+ years of experience
Bachelor of Science in business analysis, business administration, IT, or any related field

Salary:

$95k - $105k
