- Conducts all post-offer activities, such as offer letter creation and new employee set-up in HRIS
system ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. - Partner with department leaders to post for job openings in the HRIS system.
- Perform clerical duties such as preparing HR reports, I9/E-Verify Processing, filing confidential
documents, answering the telephone, and routing departmental emails. - Serves as a resource for new hire and current employee questions, such as benefits, job postings,
paid time off, policy questions, etc. - Updates and maintains employee records in HRIS system, including data related to personnel
transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations - Conducts exit interviews, prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, submits
security tickets to deactivate access - Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee
satisfaction and ensure a positive work environment
