    ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years.

    We are actively recruiting an IT Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team.

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking an IT Project Coordinator/Manager.

    This person in this role should have prior experience in managing IT projects from start to finish, including but not limited to keeping track of projects/tasks and managing deadlines and deliverables among the team.

    The person in this position will provide support on other functions as needed.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.


    • A background managing projects in the IT field.
    • Extremely determined
    • Detailed oriented
    • Out of the box thinker who can figure things out with little to no direction.
    • Good researcher - Able to figure things out that are outside of their comfort zone.
    • Good with pressure and deadlines

    • IT project management experience (6 years)
    • Good track record of employment and job consistency
    • Must have one job of, at minimum, 5 years length at one company.
    • Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good phone personality
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Extremely computer-savvy
    • Construction/Maintenance environment experience preferred, but not required.
    • Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
