Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator for a real estate investment management and asset management client in Miami.

This individual will build, implement, and maintain endpoint services infrastructure and provide tier 2 and 3 user support.

Also, they will manage Windows 11 and iOS devices and support Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Azure services using Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF.

The candidate will also be troubleshooting network issues for Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Switches and Meraki Wi-FI systems as well as Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms with Shure Dante Devices.

They should feel comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with the team as needed.

Windows 11 endpoint management certifications, such as

Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Bachelor's in information technology, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in infrastructure support and administration, specifically on endpoint management with Microsoft Intune
Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager and ITIL v3+ service operations concepts
Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure services, and Microsoft Network services experience
Working knowledge of Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco Switches for LAN access, and Meraki Wi-FI systems
Proficient in IT shell scripting, such as Batch and PowerShell
Great communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
