    Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Colorado Hospitality Services, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.


    JOB SUMMARY
    Delta by Marriott Thornton is seeking a dynamic and experienced PM Front Office Supervisor to join our team.

    As the PM Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the front office during the evening hours.

    This role requires excellent leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proven track record in maintaining Marriott quality assurance (QA) standards and ensuring Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) remain high.


    Responsibilities :


    • Supervise the front office team during the evening shift.
    • Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
    • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Marriott standards.
    • Monitor and maintain Marriott QA standards throughout the property.
    • Implement strategies to continuously improve GSS scores.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
    • Prepare reports and maintain records related to front office operations.
    • Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations for front office staff.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of Marriott experience huge plus.
    • Experience with Lightspeed and One Yield is a huge plus.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Salary Range:
