Your responsibilities:
As a clerk for office management, your tasks will include general secretarial duties, managing invoices, monitoring payments, and processing payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a prerequisite.The apprenticeship will begin on September 1, 2024 and typically lasts for three years. However, it can be shortened to two and a half years with the appropriate qualifications.
Your profile:
- Minimum of a secondary school diploma
- Good knowledge of German and mathematics
- Interest in business processes, marketing, and data processing
- Enjoy working in a team and strong communication skills
- Independence and commitment
- Willingness to travel, as some training periods may take place at our other locations.
