Your responsibilities:

As a clerk for office management, your tasks will include general secretarial duties, managing invoices, monitoring payments, and processing payroll.

Proficiency in MS Office applications is a prerequisite.

The apprenticeship will begin on September 1, 2024 and typically lasts for three years. However, it can be shortened to two and a half years with the appropriate qualifications.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of a secondary school diploma
  • Good knowledge of German and mathematics
  • Interest in business processes, marketing, and data processing
  • Enjoy working in a team and strong communication skills
  • Independence and commitment
  • Willingness to travel, as some training periods may take place at our other locations.
