Office Manager (m/w/d) Who we are? As a specialized IT recruitment agency, we act as a link between qualified IT talents and companies from various industries on a daily basis.

This is what your day looks like:

You are the first point of contact for clients, candidates, applicants, and external service providers over the phone You are responsible for office management and keep track of all tasks that arise in daily office life You take care of general office organization and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations You coordinate external service providers such as beverage delivery, catering, cleaning services, etc.

You always keep an eye on inventory levels and manage reorders You support the operations team in event planning, such as Christmas parties, presentations, incentives, etc.


This is what you bring with you:
You have a commercial education or degree, ideally as a hotel specialist / in hotel management You have very good German skills and basic knowledge of English You identify with a dynamic company with a start-up character You are organized and have good time management skills You work conscientiously and in a structured manner You have a positive attitude and strong communication skills You feel comfortable in an energetic sales environment This is what awaits you with us: Employment: We offer you a permanent position and actively support you with your retirement provision (bAV) after your probationary period
