The architecture firm Hellwig Hofmann is a privately owned, medium-sized office located in Flensburg and Kampen. We work for our clients throughout Germany - mainly on the island of Sylt and in Hamburg - as well as internationally. We design, plan, and build high-quality, individually designed private homes.

To strengthen our professional team in our construction department on Sylt, we are looking for you as soon as possible as:

Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of tenders (phases 6-8).
  • Coordination of the construction process / coordination with the client.
  • Creation and monitoring of schedules and cost plans.
  • Measurements.
  • Organization / participation in meetings.
  • Acceptance of construction services.
  • Invoice and additional cost verification.

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable degree (technician, construction technician, civil engineer).
  • Teamwork skills as well as a friendly, confident, and competent demeanor.
  • Flexibility and resilience.
  • Independent work style and reliable handling of assigned tasks.
