As a solid and dynamic company that has been training social insurance specialists (m/f/d), also known as SOFAs, for decades, you will find a secure job in the healthcare administration sector, the largest industry in Germany.

Our personal contact with our insured members, short decision-making processes, and high-quality service set us apart. Our apprentices go through all departments, such as benefits, membership, or sick pay, in a 2-month rotation.

The majority of the training takes place at the main headquarters in Erlenbach, but you will also get to know the ServiceCenter in Aschaffenburg.

The theoretical training takes place at the BKK Academy in Rotenburg/Fulda, and the vocational school is in Wuerzburg. From the beginning, you will work in day-to-day operations and receive individual support from our dedicated and helpful team."
