    We seek a highly motivated Director, Brand Partnerships, to join our dynamic, dedicated, growing sales team. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for growing existing businesses and developing new businesses. The Director Partnerships is responsible for all aspects of Digital Sales across SHE Media, inclusive of branded content, creator marketing and experiential with a comprehensive understanding of programmatic digital media.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to reach and exceed sales quotas.
    • Always think creatively and strategically to produce effective solutions for clients.
    • Cultivate strong relationships at all levels at both the agency and the client side of the business to develop supportive SHE Media brand advocates.
    • Must be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups at client and agency meetings, articulately communicating the SHE Media value proposition.
    • Works closely with all internal specialists including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events and Client Services to create strong marketing solutions for your clients.
    Requirements:
    • 5 - 8+ years of online advertising sales experience
    • Digital Sales background with experience in branded content, influencer/creator, and event sales a plus
    • Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
    • Excellent business presentation skills including strong oral and verbal communication.
    • Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment.
    • Some travel is required.
    Typical wage range: $150k - $180k

    Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits. PMC is committed to the health and wellness of our employees. As part of our company-wide rollout of PMC's paid healthcare plan, for this role, the company pays 100% of the monthly health, dental, and vision plan premiums for the employee and their family, effective July 1, 2024.
