    Job Description Steps Therapy specializes in providing comprehensive programs to enhance a child's independence.

    By combining highly-trained behavior therapists, transparent data collection, and developmentally appropriate programming, we will create a program our clients can trust— with results that are evident.

    We provide client services primarily in San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, San Mateo, Foster City, and Redwood City.

    We are always seeking qualified Program Directors who are dedicated to helping others and making a difference in a child's life.

    This position is non-exempt (hourly), with the pay range falling between $35,000 - $50,000 annually, dependent on experience, education level, and individual caseload size and selection.

    **As a Program Director, you are responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention programs to young children with special needs and providing families with training to reinforce learned skills. In addition, you are responsible for providing support, training, and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
    Utilize ABA instructional strategies, including but not limited to discrete trial teaching, natural environment training, incidental teaching, pivotal response training, and verbal behavior
    Facilitate social skills training
    Record child's progress and graph data, update data sheets
    Communicate with supervisor regarding child's progress/behaviors and any intervention modifications

    Maintain agreed upon schedule for the child, arrive to scheduled sessions on time, and notify supervisor and families of any schedule changes
    Enrollment in Master's program and a desire to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis
    Experience implementing programs and working in the field of ABA for a minimum of 1 year
    Passionate and motivated to help others
    Excellent time management skills, punctual and reliable
