    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our IT team as a Lead CRM Solution Architect. This role necessitates extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform, along with related technologies, applied to business solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions using these platforms to meet the organization's business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Proactively work with stakeholders to lead the efforts of translating business requirements into technical specification and solution development using MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
    2. Design, develop and/or configure D365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App, to optimize business processes and workflows.
    3. Design, integrate Power Platform and D365 solutions with other systems and applications, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party services, using connectors and APIs.
    4. Design, develop, and customize Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI solutions to automate processes, enhance productivity, and visualize data.
    5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the solution development lifecycle.
    6. Stay current on the latest capabilities and best practices related to the MS Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.
    7. Collaborate with business teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
    8. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to maintain comprehensive record for developed solutions.
    9. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to empower users and promote adoption of Power Platform and D365 solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related discipline.
    • 5 to 10 years of in-depth application experience with MS Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Experience leading large-scale successful CRM implementations and support for global technology companies.
    • Expertise in application/solution design, configuration/system setup and documentation.
    • Strong project leadership experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extensive experience with lead-to-opportunity business processes, sales force automation, quotation management, and workflow design.
    • Required skills in data analytics and SQL.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and collaborate with a variety of individuals to achieve business results.
    • Experience overseeing complex integrations preferred.

    Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $160,000 - $195,000.
