    Our client is currently looking for a Solution Architect to join their team in San Jose, CA. The role involves helping in decision making for implementing, operating, and maintaining an enterprise-wide IAM solution, including researching, designing, and architecting the solution while considering existing systems integration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and update a technical roadmap for an IAM solution

    • Act as the senior subject matter expert for the IAM project

    • Define policies and procedures related to IAM functions

    • Responsible for program design, testing, debugging, and documentation

    • Incorporate user experience considerations into program design

    • Offer recommendations on IAM best practices and help establish a centralized IAM service function

    • Lead proof of concept, product selection, and deployment of the IAM solution

    • Identify technical consolidation areas and IAM governance requirements

    • Understand system dependencies and their relation to the business

    • Perform capacity planning and infrastructure system analysis

    • Analyze complex cross-functional and cross-platform issues

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of relevant Identity and Access Management experience

    • Proven track record of successful IAM implementations

    • 5+ years of experience with authentication and authorization solutions

    • 3+ years of experience with privileged access management solutions

    • Extensive experience with Third-Party integrations leveraging SAML

    • Strong decision-making capabilities and troubleshooting experience

    • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

    • Relevant industry training and certification preferred

    • Experience migrating from Microsoft Identity Manager to equivalent solutions

    • Good understanding of Microsoft Identity Manager synchronization service



    $60.00 - $100.00 per hour

    Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
