Key Qualifications

Ability to establish a product vision and strategy for your product area, and build alignment across product teams, crossfunctional partners, and leadership team
Ability to drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
Experience performing qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
Experience partnering with product designers to create intuitive and easytouse interfaces
Prior handson experience handling highly integrated product architectures, ideally for CMS ecosystems
Ability to investigate with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize it all for nontechnical partners
Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, prioritize features and drive actions
Experience leading Agile/Scrum software projects
Ability to handle directional change and concurrently lead multiple priorities on the roadmap
Experience diagnosing and debugging sophisticated systems
Experience working with global teams
Ability to build consensus across a core team and partners to align on features and product roadmap
Experience with crossfunctional software development projects
