    Job Description

    Job Summary:


    The Manager, Operations Support will be responsible for leading initiatives and providing support to optimize efficiency of our Property Management processes for our Residents.

    This position will collaborate with market Property Management teams as well as other departments within the company to drive results that meet or exceed monthly goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

    Lead initiatives and implement strategies to drive and improve results across property management functions.
    Coordinate collection activities with regional markets and third-party collection agency.
    Facilitate communication and regular meetings with all market Collections Teams.
    Review delinquency related reporting to track and project progress of monthly goals.
    Create reports and analyze collection data to identify areas of focus for each market Collections team.
    Complete month-end audit to ensure any necessary adjustments/corrections have been made.
    Coordinate retention activities with regional markets to ensure alignment with business goals.
    Facilitate communication and regular meetings with all market Retention Teams.
    Review retention and MTM metrics and related reporting to track and project progress of monthly goals.
    Create reports and analyze retention data to identify areas of focus for each market Retention team.
    Complete month-end audit to ensure any necessary adjustments/corrections have been made.
    Engage with regional market leaders to evaluate and optimize market performance.
    Identify and resolve roadblocks/challenges delaying successful execution of Property Management processes.
    Manage centralized tasks within Property Management processes.
    Stay informed of rules and regulations regarding debt collection.
    Provide training and mentoring for Property Management teams as necessary.

    Qualifications

    :


    Strong business acumen and organization leadership skills; assertive and diplomatic; self-directing; able to manage up and down the organization with influence; willing to hold others accountable.

    Previous property management, hospitality, customer service experience preferred.
    Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, flexibility, consideration, discretion, tact, confidence, and effectiveness in dealing with people.
    Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
    Knowledge of Yardi preferred.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
    1-3+ years in supervisory/people management role.
    3+ years of experience in Collections operating experience.

    Salary Range

    Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
