We are seeking a full-time Support Specialist to grow with our spirited team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Support Specialist is an essential part of our team.

You will help support the Collectors and Leaders by processing and handling time sensitive documents and effectively maintaining office inventory.

Attention to detail is crucial and above average data entry skills is a must.

Specific qualifications for the Support Specialist will include:

Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and processing time sensitive documents
Carrying out administrative duties such as all attorney correspondence, dispute correspondence, certified mail processing, copying, filing, etc.
Multitasking while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Must take initiative to work individually and in a team environment
Attention to detail for accurate information reporting into the database software system for further use in the recovery process
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Consistent work history and longevity with previous employers
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Computer proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPAA, and FDCPA is a plus
High school diploma or GED

LOCATION: 8085 Knue Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250

SCHEDULE:

Full-time (8-hour shift)

Monday - Friday

PAY:
Starting at $16.00 hourly
