    position is perfect for someone who would like to meet and work alongside the govcon/government/military communities' senior leaders.

    Marketing Manager Position Overview


    As a Marketing Manager at Executive Mosaic, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Executive Mosaic's industry leading events and membership offerings.

    You'll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, engaging with our target audience, creating leads, growing revenue and ensuring that our brand presence is strong and impactful.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the events, and sales, teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Implementation of Artificial Intelligence marketing strategies and tools.


    Campaign Planning and Execution:
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media to ensure we are continuously creating new opportunities/leads and exceeding revenue goals

    Create compelling content and visuals to effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.


    Brand Management:
    Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

    Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.


    Digital Marketing:
    Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

    Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.


    Event Promotion:
    Develop and implement strategies to promote upcoming events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.

    Collaborate with the events team to create promotional materials and coordinate pre and post event marketing activities.


    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.

    Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.


    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and graphics, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

    Collaborate with external partners, sponsors, and thought leaders to enhance promotional reach.


    Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the management team.

    Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Proven experience in marketing, preferably in events and media.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

    Analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

    Familiarity with marketing software and tools.

    Computer Skills:
    Salesforce or other CRM, Adobe Photoshop, , Wordpress or other Content Management System
