- Identifies and sources candidates through multiple search methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, social media, job boards, associations, referrals, and networking.
- Manages the hands-on recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations.
- Recruits, screens, interviews, assesses, and negotiates with qualified candidates according to specific staffing needs.
- Works independently and closely with team members willing to perform additional tasks as requested.
- Ensures productive recruiting activities are met daily, weekly, and monthly as set forth by company goals.
- Responsible for ensuring candidate information is captured in Paylocity by HR Generalist.
- Manage multiple open positions at once.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to continually build a pipeline of top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
- Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and FMLA; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance, productivity, recognition, culture, and morale
- Bachelor's degree or similar experience in lieu of education.
- 3 + years of full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in customer service shift work.
- Knowledgeable of candidate sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage, salary trends, and relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and can clearly present and articulate ideas.
- Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle information in a sensitive and confidential manner.
- Passion for customer service excellence through attentive listening, providing timely information and welcoming feedback and open discussions regarding performance.
- Team oriented with the ability to build consensus and effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills to successfully manage a variety of responsibilities with accuracy.
- Demonstrated maturity, credibility, and self-confidence to function effectively in a demanding environment.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills to manage complex tasks and those that require balancing competing interests.
