- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking sites, and employee referrals to find quality candidates.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Handle the applicant tracking system (ATS) and actively participate in interviews.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain confidential employee files and manage HR records efficiently.
- Administer I-9 reporting and E-Verify processes.
- Support new hire onboarding and manage the new hire checklist.
- General Administrative Support:
- Contribute to employee appreciation initiatives.
- Assemble orientation manuals and new hire paperwork.
- Prepare materials for presentations and training sessions.
- Manage calendars, coordinate events, and create documentation.
