    Job DescriptionSalary: $49,000-$110,000 Yearly

    Offerue is a Residential Real Estate firm specializing in sourcing investment opportunities and acquiring value add assets.

    We are seeking a Real estate Acquisition specialist to join our growing team

    We will provide you with all the tools, leads and training you need to succeed in this role

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to home owners interested in selling their house.
    • Follow up and cultivate relationships with home owners in order to facilitate the sale of their property.
    • Negotiate price and make offers to home owners.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience is a plus
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Self-motivation
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
