- Comply with all rules and procedures (Personnel Policy Manual and residential facility guidelines)
- Monitor common area activities of building residents and guests
- Maintain building security and screen all visitors
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, i.e. incident reports, complaints, and daily logbook entries
- Respond to building emergencies in compliance with the Property Management manuals
- Maintain a relaxed, courteous and professional demeanor, even under pressure, to treat tenants with respect and patience
- Assist tenants in completing work orders, incident reports and complaints
- Assist the Program Manager with administrative tasks as directed
- Maintain a clean and presentable work area, building entry and lobby
- Plan, prepare and serve daily onsite breakfast (including clean up)

The Overnight Program Monitor supports the achievement of veteran resident goals, case management and veteran advocacy. The responsibilities of this role include monitoring the activities of residents after hours, responding to emergencies, and completing appropriate documentation, including incident reports and logbook entries; preparing, and cooking meals, and working with clinical staff to facilitate treatment and identify resident issues.
