- Reviews new sales orders to determine charges due.
- Reviews service department billing data and revises, as needed.
- Prepares and distributes all customer invoices.
- Input of invoices through customer specific EDI systems, as necessary.
- Researches and prepares credit memorandums to indicate incorrectly billed merchandise/services.
- Processes all customer payments.
- Processes all state sales tax requirements.
- Prepares and mail/email customer account statements.
- Routinely run reports to identify and prioritize collection of past-due invoices.
- Contacts customers for collection of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of past due accounts and collection efforts.
- Work effectively with internal and external customers to resolve invoice queries.
- Ability to review accounts for deductions/tax exemptions and follow through to resolution.
- Review and recommend accounts for monthly dunning process.
- Reviewing & releasing of customer orders that have exceeded their credit limit.
- Recommend customers for credit limit review.
- Perform day to day costing management and related Master Data controlling
- Prepare accurate and timely financial / costing reports and statements
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure proper costing procedures are being followed and maintained.
- Provide report and analysis with focus on cost improvement measures
- Support the accounting, finance and controlling areas in planning and forecasting processes
- Standard costing maintenance and updates
- Cost variances reporting and analysis (especially supply chain related price variances)
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in A/R
- Must have 3+ years of working in an accounting environment
- Experience using Avalara
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.

The facility includes engineering, manufacturing, assembly, R&D/testing lab, management, sales & marketing, administration and service.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $20 - $25/hour based on a full-time schedule.
