Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Manage and oversee the handling of accounts from inception to closure.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize customer service processes.
  • Analyze client accounts and provide strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Handle client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare reports on account status and other ad hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:
$85, $120,000.00 per year
