    Description
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an Industrial Manufacturing company to hire an Accounting Manager in Richmond, CA.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Daily Cash Review (bank reconciliations)
    Participate in regular tax audits, Insurance audits, and payroll pension audits.
    Prepare weekly reports of AR, AP, Active Orders Report both domestic & foreign.
    Prepare daily cash available and forecast cash receivable.
    Manage month-end and year-end closing.
    Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department. Review the AP, AR for accuracy.

    Qualificiations:

    3+ years of accounting experience
    Management experience


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree


    Skills:
    Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
    Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
    Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
    Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.


    Compensation/Benefits:
    This posting is a representative sample of roles we typically place with our clients.

    Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $80,000-$100,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance and 401k with Matching.
