The
Director of Total Rewards at Porch
will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Total Rewards strategy to ensure alignment with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.
This position will oversee the design and administration of comprehensive market-based compensation programs and processes, including base pay, merit, short and long-term incentives, compensation planning, and market analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Additionally, the Director will define the benefits and wellness offerings, carefully considering competitive standards, cost, liability, and regulatory compliance.This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing valuable insights and data analytics to support effective decision-making and operational strategies.
What You Will Do As A Director, Total RewardOwn and evolve Porch's Total Rewards program to enhance team members' productivity, engagement, and retention.
Provide strategic insights into competitor and industry practices, conducting cost
impact/effectiveness
analyses, and making actionable recommendations to the executive team.
Manage relationships with external parties such as benefits brokers, retirement plan advisors, compensation consulting partners, and other service providers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop and integrate policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop communication materials and lead training initiatives to educate the team on company compensation philosophies and programs.Provide support for sales incentives, executive compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
Ensure Porch maintains career ladders, pay transparency, and pay equity across all roles.
Strategize with the Talent Acquisition team to create competitive offers aligned with market data and our compensation philosophy for both new hires and existing employees.
Prepare materials for Board of Director's compensation committee meetings and actively participate as required.What You Will Bring As A
Director, Total Rewards
A strategic and hands-on leader with the ability to pivot from program design to tactical data analysis and meaningful interactions with leaders and employees.
Demonstrated capability in providing and receiving collaborative feedback to enhance organizational practices.Excellent business acumen, strategic planning skills, and proficiency in data analytics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Adaptability, with a focus on employee experience and the agility to respond to changing demands and priorities.
Minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards leadership experience at public, multinational companies.
Strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring diverse and high-performing teams.
Ability to develop effective relationships at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
A growth mindset, curiosity, and dedication to team success.
Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Capital Management platforms, including Workday.
Sound knowledge of regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits programs.
Experience with compensation and benefits design and execution across multiple states or geographies.
An advanced degree (MBA, Masters preferred).

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team MemberPay Range*:
$157, $220,500.00 annually.
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets,
job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
You will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
Our traditional healthcare benefits include three (3) Medical plan options, two (2) Dental plan options, and a Vision plan from which to choose.
Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident plans are offered on a voluntary basis.We offer pre-tax savings options including a partially employer funded Health Savings Account and employee Flexible Savings Accounts including healthcare, dependent care, and transportation savings options.
We provide company paid Basic Life and AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability benefits. We also offer Voluntary Life and AD&D plans.Both traditional and Roth 401(k) plans are available with a discretionary employer match.
