Description

Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their Patient Services team This role will be responsible for providing first-level troubleshooting support to patients experiencing issues with their devices, including mobile app support and Bluetooth connectivity.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring patient satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries or escalating calls to the appropriate party.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written2-5 years of experience in a call center, customer service in a medical field or technical support roleProficiency with computers and common Microsoft applicationsCritical thinking, judgment, and effective problem resolution skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft SuiteAbility to effectively document interactions and resolutionsExperience with troubleshooting technical issues preferred
PreferredBackground or knowledge in sleep studies and sleep apneaProven multitasking skillsBasic knowledge of the medical device industry, specifically Inspire technology, sleep apnea, and upper airway stimulation therapy
