    Position Summary

    As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the Field CTO, SVP, Marketing, and SVP, Customer Success. You'll also support the leadership team as needed. You'll assume a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, all of which will require independent coordination, prioritization and administrative support.

    Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you'll effectively help manage their time and help make the team as efficient as possible.

    This role reports to the Field CTO.


    The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the center of the day-to-day activities of a high-velocity global Field and Marketing teams, anticipating the needs of the leadership team, with a strong bias for action to identify and resolve any potential administrative or operational issues before they arise.

    About the Role


    • Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
    • Help organize and coordinate communications. Email, LInkedIn, Slack, etc.
    • Ensure the Executives are briefed and prepared for key meetings and planned activities
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, often last minute and changing
    • Prepare expense reports in a timely fashion
    • Actively attend and participate in both virtual and in-person meetings when appropriate, with follow up on action items
    • Coordinate Customer Advisory Board meetings both internally and externally
    • Help organize and execute internal team events
    • Perform other tasks and projects as needed
    About You


    • A minimum of 5 years work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant or support function with similar responsibilities and transferable skills
    • Preferred location is the San Francisco/Bay Area
    • Ability to travel to large events to coordinate meetings. AWS reInvent, Google Next, Our industry conference Unscripted, etc
    • Proficiency with Google apps, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom
    • Experience working at a start-up or rapidly-growing company
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and with a can-do attitude
    • Able to manage ambiguity and variety of different working styles across the organization
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion in your everyday work
    • Agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs with the ability to pivot quickly
    Work Location

    This is a Remote role with a strong preference for the candidate to be based in the San Francisco area

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $109,000 - $133,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills.

    The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

    The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
